Welcome to our wholesale page. We offer wholesale in limited orders due to the nature of our workspace. It is our hope with time we will be able to expand to a larger space which can provide us a larger inventory space.

Not all our products are available for wholesale purchases. Some of the unique products we create are quite expensive to make. Offering these at wholesale prices would mean selling them below our own cost.

FIRST TIME ORDER SPECIAL

We offer a special low minimum for first time orders of $100 plus shipping. We are retailers ourselves and understand the challenge of carrying a lot of inventory, so we make it easy for you to try out our products with your customers first.

*All orders after the initial first order needs to meet our minimum requirement of $300.

MINIMUM ORDER

Our minimum order is $300 plus shipping. We allow you the flexibility mix and match the items you choose to order.

LARGE ORDERS

If you are looking to carry products in large quantities continuously for your business, villa, or hotel, a 50% deposit will be required to place your order. We make our product in micro batches to rotate many different types and scents of products. Once we received your deposit, we will proceed to making the products for your order. Once the items are available to deliver, the remaining 50% will be collected.

Example: You own or manage multiple villas with guest checking in and out every 3 to 7 days. You need 50 to 100 soap bars or candles in two types of scents monthly. You will place an order with us and your order will be ready within 3 to 6 weeks. (Timing will vary based on cure time and supply shipping).

WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 40% to 50% off the MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price). Products or goods purchased from Blooming Lotus Alchemy shall only be sold according at the manufacturer's suggested rerail prices (MSRP). Failure to do will result in us no longer offering or providing our products for whole sale purchasing.

JEWELRY

Jewelry is offered at 40% off retail price. Most of our Jewelry pieces are sterling silver or 14k gold filled (not gold plated) and are one of a kind.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay by Paypal or credit card at time of purchase, which gives you the built-in terms of your card.

*We accept cash, Paypal and credit cards for our on island orders. 

PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTS

Private Label Production: 4-10 weeks. Lead times may vary depending on our production schedule, raw material availability, print requirements and total volume of project.

All documentation, materials, products, formulas, formulations, recipes, processes, know how, ingredients, specifications, standards, and procedures shall belong to Blooming Lotus Alchemy. 

Blooming Lotus Alchemy owns and retains all rights to any formula or recipe that it provides for the manufacture of Articles for Customer, including any and all methods, mixing instructions, and processes, even if such formula, recipe, methods, instructions, or processes are applied to a formula or recipe provided by Customer. Furthermore, Blooming Lotus Alchemy shall not be obligated to disclose any such formula, recipe, method, instructions, or processes to Customer or any other entity that may request it from Blooming Lotus Alchemy.

Customer grants to Blooming Lotus Alchemy  non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Customer’s marks solely on the Products ordered by Customer hereunder and the associated packaging.

Customer understands that, as of the date of purchase / accepted order, Blooming Lotus Alchemy or Monica Bryan is held responsible for insurance or any form of advertising of custom order.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Our products are handmade in small batches. We carry small amounts of each item in stock. All our candles are hand-poured with natural plant base waxes and require 2 weeks to cure. Our handmade soaps take 4 to 6 weeks to cure due to the cold process method we use. 

Processing times: Throughout most of the year, we can process your order within 2 to 4 weeks depending on your selection and our inventory situation. In the holiday seasons, when it's especially busy, we may take up to 6 weeks. If you have a store event or customer in dire need, let us know and we'll do our best.

*All domestic orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after processing excluding all major holidays, and sales events. 

Shipping times: Once order is processed and handed over to carrier delivery times may vary depending on multiple factors that are out of control. Blooming Lotus Alchemy is not liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. We will ship to the address given at the time of checkout. Billing addresses can not be changed once order is placed. Refunds are not given for lost packages. Customers are responsible to file all claims with their local post office. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf.

All shipping charges are the retailer / buyer's responsibility. Our free shipping option is only available for retail orders.

 Delivery Fee: All local, on island orders will have a delivery fee of $5.00

DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEMS

We do not use a third party fulfillment service. We pack every item ourselves to ensure accuracy and prevent damages. It's rare if it happens, but mistakes can happen. 

Return Policy
Do to the nature of our products all sales are final. Please feel free to contact us  with any concerns or problems you may have with your order. Returns or exchanges will not be honored unless there is a mistake on our part. If honored,  return grace period will start 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery, items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.  Please note, customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Pictures and or video must be provided.
