Return Policy
Do to the nature of our products all sales are final. Please feel free to contact customer support with any concerns or problems you may have with your order. Returns or exchanges will not be honored unless there is a mistake on our part. If honored, return grace period will start 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery, items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note, customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Cancellation and amending orders
Once your order is confirmed and complete, you can no longer make changes or cancelations. If you decide you would like to add items to your order, please place another order within 24hrs of placing your first order. Contact us by email with both of your order numbers and we will try our best to combine your orders and refund your shipping charge for the second order. This is not a guarantee but we will try our best, If you are an international customer including Canada this courtesy is unavailable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
