Shipping policy

We currently ship anywhere in the US.

Processing times: All domestic orders will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days excluding all major holidays, and sales events. Items will be prepared and shipped the following business day where applicable. 

Shipping times: Once order is processed and handed over to carrier delivery times may vary depending on multiple factors that are out of control. Blooming Lotus Alchemy is not liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. We will ship to the address given at the time of checkout. Billing addresses can not be changed once order is placed. Refunds are not given for lost packages. Customers are responsible to file all claims with their local post office. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf.
