Palo Santo is a tree with many benefits that grows in the regions  of South America. It belongs to the same plant family of frankincense, myrrh, and copal. Palo Santo incense smoke and essential oils yield sweet notes of pine, mint, and lemon.

To use: Use a fireproof dish or shell. Hold the smudge stick at 45 degrees and light it. Wait until you see a flame and leave it burn off until the stick/ twigs smolder.  Place in the bowl. Open doors and windows so that the smoke carry away the stale or low energy. Never leave unattended.
